Scrim Banner 15mil - 36" x 60Ft 3" core for Latex - Eco Solvent

This Scrim Vinyl Banner is a durable 15mil banner material suitable for all Latex, Eco Solvent, and UV Curable printers. It is made to withstand much stronger outdoor conditions than most other types of banner material. 

This a heavy-duty printable material made by sandwiching a polyester mesh (scrim) between layers of PVC. This reinforcement provides excellent durability and tear resistance, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor signage. These banners are fully compatible with latex, eco-solvent and UV printers, providing vibrant, long-lasting prints..  The matte surface reduces glare and reflections from various light sources.

For faster dry times on solvent inks, increase post heater temperatures.
Lamination is not necessary

Composition

• Material: Typically PVC (vinyl) laminated over a polyester scrim fabric (mesh weave reinforcement).

• Scrim: Provides durability, tear resistance, and dimensional stability.

Latex, Eco Solvent and UV Ink Compatibility

• Coated or treated surface to accept latex inks (water-based, heat-cured).

• Designed for use with HP Latex and similar printers.

• Ink adhesion is strong with vivid color reproduction and fast drying.

Outdoor Durability

• Waterproof and UV-resistant — ideal for outdoor signage.

• Withstands wind, sunlight, moisture, and temperature changes.

• Can last 6–24 months outdoors, depending on climate and thickness.

Finishing & Handling

• Compatible with grommets, hem taping, welding, and sewing
